JACKSONVILLE CHRISTIAN LAWYER DIRECTORY – NEW FOR OCTOBER 2008 As the Jacksonville Christian Lawyer Directory ("JCLD") begins its fourth month of existence, we are excited to announce a new, free help feature just for pastors. Starting in November, we will have two versions of our monthly e-newsletter. Our standard e-newsletter will be sent to all non-pastor subscribers and will continue to provide the latest news on our lawyer membership, radio schedule, featured FAQs, and links to other Christian law resources. The second version – our pastor e-newsletter - will have all of these same features, plus a Church Law Tip of the Month, providing God’s undershepherds with helpful counsel about how to reduce or avoid legal risks that are common to churches. We look forward to providing this new benefit to our local pastors and ask that you encourage any pastors you know to visit our website and subscribe to this free monthly e-newsletter. By way of status update, our member lawyers continue to provide answers to frequently asked questions on our website, as well as on our weekly call-in show on 88.1 The Promise. JCLD’s website traffic has surpassed expectations, logging in over 20,000 total page views to date and keeping the average website visitor for 3 minutes and 23 seconds.
